These terms and conditions govern your use of the Laser247 platform. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing bets, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years of age to create and use a Laser247 account. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to belong to individuals under eighteen will be closed immediately, and any funds will be held pending age verification.
You must provide accurate personal information during registration. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension or closure.
Each individual is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Laser247 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact customer support immediately.
Laser247 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that display suspicious activity, including but not limited to: unusual login patterns, suspected collusion, use of automated software, or activity that suggests the account is being operated by or on behalf of someone other than the registered holder.
Betting Rules
All bets placed on the Laser247 exchange are subject to the platform’s betting rules. Bets are matched through the exchange’s order-matching system. Once a bet is matched, it cannot be cancelled.
Unmatched bets may be cancelled at any time before they are matched. Partially matched bets can be cancelled for the unmatched portion only.
Bet settlement follows the official results as determined by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. In the event of a dispute over settlement, Laser247’s decision is final.
Laser247 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: obvious errors in odds or market setup, events where the integrity of the result is in question, technical failures that affect bet placement or settlement, and bets placed in violation of these terms.
Exchange Commission
Laser247 charges a commission on net winnings per market. The commission rate ranges from two to five percent depending on the market and the user’s account status. Commission is calculated on net profit only and is not charged on losing bets.
The applicable commission rate is displayed before you confirm each bet. Laser247 reserves the right to adjust commission rates with notice to users.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits may be made through the payment methods available on the platform, including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, bank transfer, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency. Laser247 does not charge fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, at least up to the deposited amount. This is an anti-money-laundering measure required by the platform’s compliance obligations.
Laser247 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals. This may include proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the banking section of the platform.
Responsible Gaming
Laser247 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.
If you choose to self-exclude, your account will be closed or suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. During this time, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected end date.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Laser247 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Laser247 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Laser247 provides the platform on an “as is” basis. While every effort is made to ensure reliability and accuracy, Laser247 does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of odds and market data at all times.
Laser247 is not liable for losses resulting from: technical failures beyond its reasonable control, your failure to protect your account credentials, bets placed in error by you, network or connectivity issues on your device or connection, or force majeure events.
Changes to These Terms
Laser247 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via WhatsApp. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Laser247 operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined by Laser247.
